Embodied Wisdom
Integrative Mindful-Somatic Therapy
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy • EMDR • IFS Therapy
Serving clients in California, Washington, and locally in Marin & East Bay
The Heart of My Work
This pathway is for those drawn to a deeper, more holistic form of healing. This is more than talk therapy—it’s a path of reconnection with the body, mind, and spirit. We listen to what’s being held beneath the surface—old survival strategies, emotional wounds, and the quiet truth of who you are. Through somatic mindfulness and spiritual integration, we create space for transformation that is tender, grounded, and real.

Hi, I’m Kiri
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (CA) and Mental Health Counselor Associate (WA)
I support people on their journey of healing and growth, helping them navigate life’s complexity, reconnect with their true selves, and find deeper peace, purpose, and belonging. I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and life paths—particularly those who feel called toward an alternative, holistic approach to therapy.
My practice serves individuals in Marin County, the East Bay, and throughout California and Washington seeking somatic-mindful therapy, IFS, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, all offered through an integrative and spiritual lens.
As a therapist, I walk alongside you as a collaborative partner and fellow traveler on the path of transformation and self-discovery. My role is to help you uncover the wisdom already within you, empowering you to become the architect of your own healing.
Therapy isn’t just about overcoming challenges—it’s about reconnecting with your strengths, resilience, and inner knowing. With warmth, creativity, and deep presence, I offer an engaging and dynamic process that supports your authentic unfolding.

Somatic Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (S-KAP)
A gentle, embodied path to healing and inner awakening
Incorporating the S-KAP model developed by Marni Levy at True Yang Therapy, my approach weaves IFS, EMDR, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and spiritual development into each client’s process.
Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, or seeking spiritual connection and personal transformation, S-KAP can help soften defenses, open the heart, and access profound insights that are hard to reach through talk therapy alone.
My approach to S-KAP is gentle, intentional, and grounded—supporting your nervous system, honoring your pace, and creating space for both mystery and integration.
My Roots & Approach
My somatic therapy practice is shaped by the modalities that have supported my own becoming—somatic mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, trauma healing, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, Hakomi, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, and other depth-oriented modalities that honor the body, mind, and spirit.
This work is guided by presence, compassion, and a deep trust in your innate wisdom—especially for those whose experiences have been overlooked or misunderstood in conventional mental health spaces. Whether you’re seeking somatic therapy in San Rafael, Oakland, or anywhere in California or Washington, I’d be honored to walk with you. This work invites you back to your body, your breath, and your belonging.
