A medicine journey can open the door- integration is the practice of walking it home. I support people in integrating what emerged in a journey by extracting insights, clarifying meaning, and making sense of the experience. I offer nourishing exercises and guided meditations to help deepen the healing and journey experience.

How I Support Psychedelic Integration
-
I support people in making space to feel, name, and process emotions that surfaced during the journey, including insights, memories, or unresolved material that wants attention.
-
I help people in identifying limiting or painful beliefs that emerged and working to clarify, soften, and shift them into beliefs that are more supportive, compassionate, and aligned with truth.
-
I offer guided meditations, reflections, and nourishing practices that clients can continue using in their everyday lives to stay connected to what was experienced.
-
I support people in integrating meaningful, healthy changes—whether relational, emotional, spiritual, or practical—so insights translate into real-life movement and choice.
